About the Coach
Hi everyone! My name is Coach Johnny and I have been teaching tennis for over 14 years and pickleball for over 2 years! I started as an assistant coach for a high school team in Valley Center in 2010 where I was mentored by a very knowledgeable tennis coach. Soon after, I went on to create my own programs for girls high school tennis players. I continued to teach private and group lessons for 5 years.
In 2015 I moved to Oregon where I got certified as a 10 And Under coach through USTA and helped develop an after school program called TGA.
In 2017 I moved back to San Diego and decided to put my focus on competing in tennis tournaments.
in 2022 I had a desire to teach tennis again! I got certified by the USPTA and started building my tennis and pickleball academy where I bring my clients together for social play and fun local tournaments and events!
Come join our tennis and pickleball family!
